Our Core Exchange Policy - Please Read:
- Price quoted is with exchange of your old, non broken HEADREST
- If you do not wish to return your old headrest, there is a $100 Additional Core Charge
- Your old upholstered headrest must be shipped back to us once you receive your replacement kit
- We must receive your old headrest only within 2 weeks of receiving your replacement kit
- Your core exchange must be in good condition (worn, torn upholstery is expected, but base structure cannot be cracked/damaged)
- Shipping costs of exchange headrest is customers responsibility
