INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor in the event of a problem when processing an order. For example, problems with credit card verification, product availability, etc. Users have a choice of receiving future mailings during the registration process.

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address). The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. i.e, in the event there is a problem processing an order, corporate changes, or changes in privacy practices. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. The customer ID numbers are assigned to Web site visitors to verify the user's identity and for use as account numbers in our record system.

SECURITY

This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and protected. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just "surfing".

WEBSITE ORDER PROCESSING

The processing and handling time for items purchased through our website is usually 3-4 business days. Refurbished, Special & Made-to-Order Equipment can take 2-4 weeks to complete. Customers are notified of order confirmations and approximate shipping dates within 3-4 days of placing on-line orders. We Do Not process or ship orders on weekends and Holidays.

TERMS OF SALE

A 50% deposit is required on all equipment orders, with the balance paid prior to shipment. Any order under $2,500 is to be paid in full at time of order. INSTALLATION IS NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE UNLESS STATED.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES

All returns, refunds, cancellations and exchanges require prior authorization, and must be authorized by Dental Equipment Liquidators, Inc. within 5 business days of date received by the customer.

All cancelled orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

All returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Electrical items, upholstery items and special orders are not refundable.

Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition.

Refunds are issued within 30 days of equipment return.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Shipping costs when returning, cancelling, or exchanging products/equipment is solely the customers responsibility.

WARRANTY

Refurbished Equipment carries a guarantee of 1 year on Parts and 90 days on labor for customers located within the United States. Refurbished Equipment sold outside of the United States carries a guarantee of 1 year on parts only.

New Equipment is subject to manufacturer's original stated guarantee and must be addressed with manufacturer.

Shipping costs to return defective equipment and parts are customers responsibility.

PRICE POLICY

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Dental Equipment Liquidators, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Dental Equipment Liquidators, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

SHIPPING POLICY

Dental Equipment Liquidators is located and operates within the United States. Shipping costs captured on our E-Commerce Website may differ from actual shipping costs captured at the time of sale. Our online shipping costs reflect shipping within the Contiguous United States and to Commercial Locations. We do ship to U.S residential locations and internationally, but the shipping cost will be higher for these locations. If for any reason there are additional shipping fees, Dental Equipment Liquidators reserves the right to collect such fees prior to releasing shipments.

Freight Shipping: Door-to-Door Delivery includes Pallet delivery to customer's location & 24 Hour delivery pre-call. Pallet(s) will be delivered and placed at loading dock when available or at the customer’s ground floor entry door. Equipment will not be removed from pallet(s) by the delivery driver. It is customer's responsibility to remove equipment from the pallet(s) after delivery. If for any reason there are additional freight shipping fees, Dental Equipment Liquidators reserves the right to collect such fees prior to releasing shipments.

International Buyers: We ship FedEx International Ground and International Freight. International Customers using our online shopping cart will be contacted by Dental Equipment Liquidators to discuss freight shipping options and costs. Import duties, taxes, and charges (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office prior to bidding/buying to determine what these additional costs will be.
