Our Core Exchange Policy - Please Read:

• Price quoted is with exchange of your old, non broken HEADREST

• If you do not wish to return your old headrest, there is a $100 Additional Core Charge

• Your old upholstered headrest must be shipped back to us once you receive your replacement kit

• We must receive your old headrest only within 2 weeks of receiving your replacement kit

• Your core exchange kit must be in good condition (structure/base of kit to be sound, but worn torn upholstery is expected)

• Shipping costs of exchange headrest is customers responsibility
