Our Core Exchange Policy - Please Read:
- Price quoted is with exchange of your complete old, non broken kit
- A complete kit consists of the seat, backrest, armrests and headrest
- If you do not wish to return your old kit, there is a $450 Additional Core Charge
- Your old upholstered kit must be shipped back to us once you receive your replacement kit
- We must receive your old kit within 2 weeks of receiving your replacement kit
- Your core exchange kit must be in good condition (worn, torn upholstery is expected, but base structure cannot be cracked/damaged)
- Shipping costs of exchange core is customers responsibility *Purchasing our optional pre-paid return shipping label for your core(s) makes it very simple and convenient to return your core(s).
