Our Core Exchange Policy - Please Read:
- Price quoted is with exchange of your old, non broken kit
- Please return the seat, backrest w/wings, arms and headboards
- If you do not wish to return your old kit, there is a $450 Additional Core Charge
- Your old upholstered kit must be shipped back to us once you receive your replacement kit
- We must receive your old kit within 2 weeks of receiving your replacement kit
- Your core exchange kit must be in good condition (structure/base of kit to be sound, but worn torn upholstery is expected)
- Shipping costs of exchange core is customers responsibility *Purchasing our optional pre-paid return shipping label for your core(s) makes it very simple and convenient to return your core(s).
