- Price quoted is with exchange of your old, nonbroken kit
- A complete core return consists of the backrest, armrests and headboard (Do Not Send Back the Seat or Pillow)
- If you do not wish to return your old kit, there is a $350 Additional Core Charge
- Your old upholstered kit must be shipped back to us once you receive your replacement kit
- We must receive your old kit within 2 weeks of receiving your replacement kit
- Your core exchange kit must be in good condition (worn, torn upholstery is expected, but base structure cannot be cracked/damaged)
- Shipping costs of exchange core is customers responsibility *Purchasing our optional pre-paid return shipping label for your core(s) makes it very simple and convenient to return your core(s). Please ship core retun in smaller box, as the seat is not returning.
